Picasso Home offers lifetime service or repair on damaged goods for free or with some charge depending on the case.
Exchange on merchandise cannot exceed more than one item and cannot exceed the amount paid for the exchanged item.
Picasso Home accept refunds to in-store credit. The credit can only be used on normal or non-promotional priced items (excluding package priced merchandises).
