STOCKED GOODS
We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us at +62 21 225 23155 immediately. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only.
WARRANTY
3-Day exchange warranty for our manufacturing defects (applies to all of our products, shipping/delivery expenses will be provided by the customer).
1-Year Manufacturing Construction warranty (Only applies to furniture products).
EXCHANGE POLICY
Picasso Home offers lifetime service or repair on damaged goods for free or with some charge depending on the case.
Exchange on merchandise cannot exceed more than one item and cannot exceed the amount paid for the exchanged item.
RETURN POLICY
Picasso Home accept refunds to in-store credit. The credit can only be used on normal or non-promotional priced items (excluding package priced merchandises).
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Picasso Home Stores usually offers more discounts and better deals. However we carry discontinued, returned and not-quite-perfect furniture and home accessories. Items purchased at Picasso Home Outlet stores, are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned. Please kindly check the merchandises.
FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE SALE
Final sale and clearance items purchased through PicassoHome Website or Stores are considered final sale and are non-exchangable.
PRICING
All prices in our catalogs and online are in Indonesian Rupiahs and are subject to any applicable taxes according to local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change (For now, Local taxes are included in the merchandise prices).
